Actual Blues

Whole world keep driftin’… but the blues stay put- What started as a search for old Delta ghosts became something else entirely. At first, the journey chased of few of my old, dusty guitars, train whistles, crooked notes, and neon signs glowing through cigarette smoke. But the songs only came alive after stripping everything back — too much structure, mythology, and explaining kept getting in the way. The real moments came from simpler things: dust on shoes, cold coffee beside a keyboard, humming fluorescent lights, fading usernames, unanswered questions left open long after everyone else had gone. That was the discovery: the blues was never trapped in the past. It survived in empty game worlds, fluorescent-lit rooms, people drifting apart online, machines humming after midnight, and names that stopped lighting up. -Whole world keep driftin’… but the blues stay put.
